What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We use payment processors such as paypal. When a user makes a purchase, we store the user’s email address and the name which the user enters at the time of checkout. We do not store any sensitive payment or bank related data. The payment info entered by the user at the time of the checkout is automatically sent in an encrypted form to the payment processors such as paypal or related bank which processes the payment.
At the time of registration the user’s email and password is saved in the database. All the passwords are saved in encrypted one-way hash format which is impossible to decrypt.
Registering on our website is optional the user can purchase the item with or without registration.
Reviews
Only registered user can leave reviews. When a user registers on our website we store his email address and username in our database.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our website’s blog we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. This website includes embedded content like google analytics. It is merely to monitor your interaction with our website, so that we could optimize and improve our website’s performance on different levels such as ads and conversions.
Live Chat Service
We use Zoho as the live chat service. In our Zoho admin dashboard we can see the user’s ip address. We use live chat service only to communicate and serve the users.
Who we share your data with
We will not share your data with anyone without your consent. All our clients are privacy centric and we want to continue with the trust we have build so far.
You can be rest assured we will not share your data with any third party ever. We will do every thing in our power to protect your data but in case you commit fraud or make a purchase with a stolen card then we will not protect you.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We do not delete the user accounts unless the user requests us to do so.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
